Today we celebrate the birth of a spiritual giant, Swami Vivekananda, whose wisdom transcends time and geography. One quote of his has always stuck with me during difficult projects or tough career transitions:
It is human nature to seek the path of least resistance. However, in our professional journeys, a day without challenges is often a day without learning.
If you are facing a hurdle todayโbe it a difficult client, a code that won’t compile, or a strategy that isn’t workingโtake heart. It is confirmation that you are actually doing something. You are in the arena.
Letโs honor Swamijiโs legacy by embracing the struggle as proof of our progress.
